FNB DO NOT CARE!!! OR CALL!!! FIND A NEW BANK!!!!!
As a Premium account holder you expect more, you expect some thing!!!! anything!! a call, maybe one call for years of banking, years of paying, years of FNB making money off you. 26th of January my phone was ******, They got in the banking app? or used my virtual card on a I phone. ONLY FNB would know how!!!! I am waiting for my cash to be returned!!! But I can NOT even get a call!!!!!

03 Mar 2023, 08:42I Call FNB, they do NOT call you. I get told the report from the 26th January 2023 did not contain the very important detail that my phone was ******!!!!!! This is why they have declined the ***** investigation. They will now update the claim and review again with a vital detail now included! I have sent the ******** case I opened for the *******!! I will call again on Tuesday.
