Fnb do not care about small businesses

I own a small business, I've now been trying for close on a year to get assistance from the small business banker in greenstone. Apparently he is my designated banker. We'll between the head office and this banker no one knows anything about my business. They have not bothered to meet me or even try assist me after I finally fid get an email from him. Surely you as a bank should care and know your small businesses? There's a reason I guess nedbank small business services is the #1 option. So we have no other option than to come on this platform to complain as no one responds to emails, calls you at fnb basically could care less.
