FNB do NOT care about clients!

What is reasonable? I need to know WHAT IS REASONABLE. Yes I'm screaming. I need a paid up letter on my credit card. I have spoken with the Debt Review Dept, consultants and team leader, I have spoken with the attorneys HammondPole as well. Also, I have called the FNB Legal dept, because the team leader in Debt Review dept told me to call that one specific nr. THAT NR IS NOT ANSWERED - I have stayed on hold, twice, for 20mi+ and once for 30min. I have left 3 messages as the on hold message promts. I have loaded a HelloPeter Complaint and this is my second complaint via the FNB website. Why does everyone say they will escalate it yet here i am, still waiting for a simple one page doc to say i paid off my credit card? FNB makes it so easy to get into debt but the minute you need a paid up letter, there is a mountain of red tape and escallations. I dont have any airtime left thanks to FNB. Maybe the banking ombud would be able to help since FNB clearly busy making like for an exiting client as difficult as they possibly can.

SO i have received 3 called from various people in FNB - to acknowledge my complaint. Yet still the actual query that lead to my complaint has not been attended to. Bottom Line - FNB is very good at saying sorry about a complaint and still dont care to actually resolve the simplest of queries. I need a once page document, and all it needs to say is yes, the credit card was paid and settled. This is evidently impossible to do! Should I laugh or cry? Because screaming at FNB doesn't help.
