FNB do not acknowledge Palmridge Court Summons' documents

FNB approached me for Covid Payment Relief Phase 2 to submit proof of loss of income for payment relief on my two properties. I had loss of income on my rental income on two properties in excess of R110 000 over the last few months. I submitted the summons' that was issued by the Palmridge Court with case numbers. FNB do not acknowledge this as valid proof of loss of income and is thus questioning the judicial system. I was told by the second agent that I can ask for a review which was asked for but guess what ... the outcome is due in 3-5 days and by then my debit orders would have gone through.

Well done FNB by isolating and pushing a valuable customer away. I will definitely be looking at moving my two properties at FNB as I do not give business to a company that do not want to support me when needed.
