FNB DO BETTER!!!

Last week I wrote about my bad service I've received and 24hr from my review I've received a phone call from SMD, in connection with my complaint I had to send proof of everything after I asked the consultant at the bank if they didn't need proof and said it's not necessary. So for it the consultant at the FNB branch in Bellville had taken everything that was required my problem would've been resolved by now. I'm so ****ed today 19 November 2023, today is my niece's baptism and due to FNB I need to go borrow money to pay for things today I'm honestly so so disgusted and disappointed in FNB because it's literally 29 DAYS of waiting
