FNB & DMC useless and extremely terrible service
FNB credit Card and Legal devision is absolutely useless. They are quick to list a person however if you paid up the debt their legal team and 3rd party DMC are not in a rush to supply a paid up letter. Worst of all the debt has been settled but they refer it to laywers. Then their 3rd Part revers to is as Discovery Credit Card not FNB. Calling none stop sending emails yet no one responds.

09 Oct 2023, 12:20I am extremely concerned and unhappy. This has been an ongoing fight costing me money and airtime. I want it removed from my credit profile and a paid up letter shouldn't be too much to ask. This is the worst and most frustrating experience I have encountered
