FNB ***** division,BAD Service,actually NO service

FNB ***** department is a absolute disgrace. Me and a client of mine had a dispute about batteries.He went on to phone the fnb ***** number to listen what his options are.They,FNB,freezed my accound immediately.The client didnt even went to the SAPS to open a case,he just wanted to hear what steps he can take.I immediately refunded him,but its been a week now and NO response from FNB.I must have called them 30 times,only promises to get back to me.Like I said,there is no SAPS case number,so cant see how they can just freeze my accounts
