FNB ***** DIVISION

I would like to lodge this complaint against the ***** division of FNB. I have been engaging the following individuals on the ***** team with regards to my case. Thabo Lebepe, Thembelihle Motloung, Simone Welsh, Alexa Flemmer. As indicated in my Reference number below, I have a ***** case with FNB that is pending since 2024. The ***** division has been hesitating to thoroughly address my case which started off with my business account being hacked into where I lost R400k+. FNB advised me to open up a case with the police based on the account where the monies were paid to. The police informed me that I would not make any progress with the case because ****mers can use anyone on the street's ID to open up a bank account. I have raised this with the bank, and to date I have not received any feedback. As a result of point 2 above, issues arized between myself and the FNB ***** division, where I was being accused for being involved in *****. I provided FNB with all the necessary proof that these allegations were false, including the communications between myself and the client who lodge this case. Instead of resolving my case, the ***** division went ahead and started closing my FNB personal and business accounts. I have not been paying for my FNB products since as the case was never resolved, then I was later on informed that my profile is being blocked, and that I will be receiving summons from the bank. I have been a client of FNB since 2006, first as a student, then as a professional (Electrical Engineer) and as a business owner.

I request that FNB urgently investigate and look into my case since this has been ongoing for more than two years.
