FNB ***** div dodging calls, investigation and feedback for a month now

For the past month, FNB ***** division has been refusing to acknowledge my ***** case for which I have a valid case report and reference number. Complete radio silence. No investigation, no feedback, no interest at all from FNB's side, yet FNB released my money to credit card *****sters on multiple occasions with having my authorisation, signature or card PIN code.
