Fnb distress action not to help a widow in distress
I lost my husband suddenly 17 October 2022, I have been trying to sell my house in the six months they gave me, two months ago me and my remax agent contact Fnb quick sell, distress department. We struggled to get contact with them. Eventually an agent phoned me, I ecsplained my situation and that my agent will continue communication with them and they must contact her, because I am relocating to another province. I explained how urgent it was. They ghosted me until yesterday, my time to sell the house finish 21July.2023. Then they wanted all kind of documents wich some was already submitted to them, they wanted my agent to bring me the documents, but I told them the first time I am relocating to another province. This is how the agent of fnb distress listens. I am going to loose my house because of their terrible communication and ghosting me and my remax agent for two months. This is how they treat a widow in distress. I am very unhappy with them, how can you trust a company that does that?
