FNB disservice, we don't help you

Debit card expired, app shows new card in branch, travel 110km to collect new card, not there it's in phalaborwa where I lived 12 years ago. Arrange with thabazimbi to get my card to the branch, phoned me a week later to come to the thabazimbi branch to get "verified". Travel 110km again for fingerprint etc. a week later (today) to collect card, no card it's still in phalaborwa!!! Totally unacceptable service, in fact it's a crime to even call it service, their motto is how can we help you. I don't know, maybe do your job, that would really help me
