FNB - DISSAPPOINTED AND CHANGING BANKS

FNB says I do not qualify for a temporary loan which has been offered, used, repaid, in May. Now they state that I had a debit order which did not go through on the 3rd of May. The debit order was reversed seeing as it was unauthorised on my account and now they say that is the reason for me not qualifying? How can this be possible? If a debit order is not authorised, must I then just leave it and not reverse it? How can FNB say it's due to that unpaid debit order!!

I am fed up and closing my account definitely. I should never have banked all these years with this a bank that has ridiculous excuses.
