FNB dissapoints again

Once again FNB dissapoints . They have allowed debits not authorized by myself again even after requested e to cancel my card which I did. The supplier informed me that the debit was cancelled 31/12/21. Yesterday FNB debited my account with 3 separate amounts. I cannot afford this type of activity on my bank account. They seriously need to get their act together!!!!
