FNB dissapointing as always

Unfortunately FNB is dissapointing as alway. Luckily I did not have to deal with FNB for the last year and had to phone them today as I would like to increase my credit card limit. After phoning 3 times I could not resolve anything nor get my limit increased. Please stay away from this bank and rather go to Capitec. I have my business banking and private banking with FNB but will take everything away from them. The service is so bad and shocking. I was hanging 2 hours on the phone with them to get absolutely nothing resolved. Credit card limit not increased and will not call a 04th time. They are a waste of money and time.
