FNB dissapointed me
I have been an FNB client for the past 15 years or so , but this week they annoyed me, i have a credit card which i never increased a limit in 10 years , this month things got bad as you all know , i called them to increase my limit which they confirmed i qualified for 80 grand i refused and only took 10 grand as i don't want to acquire unnecessary debts. i phoned this morning to follow up they requested for Id and pasylips , to think of it they have my details including my salary cause its paid into their bank each month, i kept quite and allow them to ride over me. i called again to confirm if they received the docs, i was told to complete the agreement form which they never emailed or mentioned it in the first place, i did that and email them, when i call again, another woman who sounded like she has not eaten in 5 years picked up the phone and told me it takes 24 hours for the email to be viewed , i could not believe her , i have put all my investments and accounts including policies with FNB, i think its time i change banks. am soo annoyed with their service it seems they have enough clientele and they are starting to behave like Absa bank. i cant treated like a stranger
