FNB disrupts my company

I am a loyal FNB client

Over the past four months I habe been trying to get my bisiness account in order.The bank always helped me out.Today I was told my business accoint was closed on 9th October 2021,without notice

I urge the bank to reopen same business account or redirect the funds to my personal account.I need to pay workers

I do not understand why FNB chose to close my business account
