FNB Disrespects its clients

We are a non-profit organization flying aid into Southern Africa. In October 2014 FNB required that we submit douments for the FICA regulations which we did. On the 6th March 2015 our bank accounts were frozen, this came as a huge shock as we didn't know what the reason was or that this was even going to happen. On contacting FNB they told us that we hadn't submitted our FICA documents. We resent the documents over 3 times. When contacting our relationship manager Zama at the white river branch he was so rude and made out as if it was our problem not his, due to this we moved our account to the Riverside Branch in Nelspruit. They have been a great help but it is at the head office of FNB that the incompetence lies. We have submitted these documents over and over over the past three weeks and it just doesn't seem to be resolved. We couldnt pay our staff salaries today and we have had to hold all our aid and relief work on hold . Many already suffering people have had to suffer even more because we couldn't provide them with our service. We are at a point where we want to move our account to a different bank.
