FNB Disrespectful

How dare you FNB? That the Bank must comply with the FICA Act is understandable, but what about the obligation to your client? Surely the "soft close" you enforced on my account could have been avoided if you were serious about your level of service. How many clients are inconvenienced in this high handed and disrespectful manner? As for the manner in which you handled this complaint, well you be the judge! Level of service - dismal.
