FNB DISREGARDING THEIR CUSTOMERS

I app**** for a consolidation loan that was approved and was even called by two fnb consultants for authorization to deposit the money. I had a dispute on my account where money disappeared and I asked them to investigate, to date I got no feedback, I was charged a new card fee without anyone telling me I was going to be billed for it, I was told by the second consultant that due to my dispute, I need to go to the bank for verification. I informed them I'll be able to do that in the week, which was about 2days later. On the day I was about to go, I got a sms saying my loan was declined. So why do I have a pre agreement for the consolidation loan, 2consultants confirming the loan being approved and then being declined. I still want to consolidate. Fnb should really should really look at how they service their customers. Since the loan was approved, I budget for a specific amount and then that.
