Fnb disregard and disrespect customers and lying

Would have given a zero star rating if possible, Your agents are way too ****y with customers, aren't the fees and changes u slap on us Ur customers paying your salaries? You disrespect your long time loyal customers like it's fashionable, where's my card u should have delivered 3 months ago, Ur happily slapping charges on it but no card , I have complained on Ur app with agents, I have complained on Facebook, you really don't care about customer service or just service. What a waste of my time and money 🫵🏻 Every time it's a sory excuse and a soggy story
