FNB Dispute ITC

I have lodge previously a complain of over deduction on a personal loan. Due to this dispute one payment reflect in arrears. So now what FNB did they have list this on my ITC and due to this Wesbank FNB do not want to assist me causing me to have a problem. Can FNB please fix this immediately. Tina ***
