FNB dispute department not able to trace my funds. Poor feedback after investigation.

I made a transaction with my credit card on 14th of March 2024 of R3k and the Marchand didn’t receive the amount but it was as deducted from my account . I was asked if o contact the dispute department at FNB and they came back to me after 30 days not knowing where the money was transferred to. Very poor service from a bank who was supposed to keep our money safe.
