FNB Dispute

I've now submitted a dispute to your dispute department twice. Both times it has come back unprocessed because you say you need a copy of the invoice. The invoice is digital. I therefore provided a screenshot of the invoice.

What more do you people want? And why aren't your staff trained to communicate what they want when forms are insufficient? This is really third world service.
