FNB DISPPOINTED MY TRUST HOME LOAN

I am very disappointed by FNB smart bond or Home Loan account number *** after being charged more than 0.50 of interest rate than the one supposed to be charged. last communication about home loan was on 29 July 2019 when they sent letter for interest change. And therefore there no further correspondence from them even after interest change from January, March, April, June and July 2020.

On 01 July 2020 i requested statement from them via agent called Maphosa Regina which was not submitted to me. After that on 15 August 2020 my account was migrated to home loan from smart bond loan without even given statement which shows my balance and prepaid amount paid every month since the start on smart bond loan. Again on the 17 August 2020 requested statement from Lebogang Nyangane which was not send to me. Yesterday 18 August 2020 when check my app interest rate has been increased with 0,50 basis which was supposed to be decreased.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING FNB WITH SUCCESS FOR MY STATEMENT TO BE SEND TO ME.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY AT SAME TIME.
