FNB ***** DIVISION..IS PATHETIC !!! NO RESOLUTION SINCE 2023 And we are now at the end off 2025

I immediately notified FNB that the issue was resolved and the merchant had given me a refund ..all I requested from them was a letter to say its resolved on their side ..I have sent numerous emails and made so many calls to them..but not 1 consultant could help! Clearly the training they received before taking on this job wasnt sufficient

Service is shocking..and these are the people we trust to handle our finances !
