FNB dishonors payments

On Saturday I attempted to make a withdrawal at an fnb atm, the atm only paid out half the amount so I immediately sent an email to ********** I then tried to contact the call centre since as customers we can no longer contact the branches direct. After holding for 13 minutes a lady answered and immediately cuts the call. I then received a reply to my email telling me to go to the nearest branch to which I responded that I cannot since I work for a boss and cannot just take time off and that the banks are really busy due to month end and I asked that why should I be inconvenienced when it was fnb that dishonoured a payment to me. Fnb customer just kept sending me that same email that I should go to the branch. I also stated the urgency of the money since I had a payment to honour but fnb staff refused to assist to the point that a member of management by the name of Betty from atm services began to shout at me and told me that they only deal with atms, that was an atm problem, she then stated that they don't deal with n talk to customers and I explained that it was customer care that transferred me. She eventually just placed the phone aside and let me talk to myself and waste my airtime even further due to a fault and dishonoured payment by fnb but my account was debited for the full amount. I called again where the call centre agent first says to me that all supervisors are gone home, then eventually says that the supervisor is busy and will call me back. Nobody ever called me, its too much of work for fnb staff to forward or call the branch and ask them to call. Till now I have not received my money and fnb still refuses to resolve my matter and replace my money and keeps insisting that I should go to the branch. So do we pay fnb banking charges etc so they can dishonor payments to us, force us to waste airtime, and also force us to have to take time off from work and therefore not get paid for that time? If a customer dishonors a payment, fnb penalises a person through extra bank charges but yet they refuse to resolve an issue which is from their side and refuse any compensation and penalties. Till now customer care keeps sending me the same standardised emails that I should go to the branch and refuse to get the branch to call me and to return my unpaid money which they have seemingly just ******.

I am not at all satisfied, your'll were supposed to get back to me about compensation but are now sitting very very quietly, there's still the issue of bank charges whereby fnb is charging me withdrawal fees for exceeding withdrawal limit whereas the withdrawal was firstly not complete so I did not reach limit and 2nd the withdrawals were done last month so its not my fault that your atm and your staff failed. I sent an email yesterday morning and another today as well as posted on facebook but still no response whatsoever so its time to take further action with regards to this and the 6 minute that fnb eats our airtime with their automated systems
