FNB dishonorable with our agreement

For the last 2 years I had a agreement with FNB Credit Card Legal whereby they agreed to deduct a R1000 month from my cheque account towards paying off my credit card.

So far so good, but today they decided they will deduct R9000 from my account without my consent or informing me. Basically they stole R8000 from me, and here I was worried that some hacker will rob me, not my own bank....!!!

Well, after spending 3 hours using MY airtime, I was transferred between so many departs and "support" desks, yet not a single soul could help me. What a waste of airtime that was.

So I think I will be looking elsewhere where I will be taking my business and personal accounts.

Thanks FNB
