FNB - DISHONESTY AND LIES WITH REGARD TO FOREIGN INVESTMENT MONEY

I have just received a reply from FNB Forex regarding a complaint regarding why FNB take 6 - 9 days to process incoming Forex payments from the UK.

All these payments are via Clearing House Automated Payment System (CHAPS), guaranteed same day payment.

As expected FNB responds with total dishonesty, claiming that the payments were made into my account on the day FNB received the money from the UK.

I have in black and white the details (date and times) when the payments were made by the UK bank and that all payments were via CHAPS.

Once again it shows FNB's total contempt and disrespect to customers bringing in foreign investment into South Africa.

DO NOT USE FNB FOR FOREIGN INVESTMENT PURPOSES.

ALL YOU WILL RECEIVE IS INCOMPETENCE, DISHONESTY, STUPIDITY AND DISRESPECT FROM FNB.
