FNB DISHONEST WONT CLOSE ACCOUNTS

I have been trying for months to get FNB to assist in closing my account. I have chatted to numerous agents via secure chat, and the moment I ask how to close the acc they disappear. I have been sequestrated and have advised them and still nothing. Conveniently they keep on piling up account fees monthly for an account not being used and that they refuse to assist in closing. I expect FNB to credit all account fees piled up.since I first enquired how to close the account and to close it.and also to pay out my sharesaver. My husband is having the same problem, he is also sequestrated but FNB keeps the account open and relisting it on ITC as current accounts which is against the law as we have been sequestrated.
