FNB dishonest allowing debit order even though no consent
FNB AND DIRECTAXIS ARE DISHONEST.!!! Allowing debit orders which was not approved and not being returned. responded in email to directaxis when the sent an email confirming our agreement with debit order which was never done. Asking for prove not provided yet FNB is not returning my debit order even they don't have any prove. Not even calling me

12 Sept 2024, 19:38SO this useless banking institution are challenged to prove to me I authorised an debit order from thei partner DIRECTAXIS. NONE is provided - they give lip service after a hello peter complaint. Here we are - no proof a of my authority yet money is taken of my account. Still waiting for FNB to call me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. Ps I have a relationship with them for 30 years. Good Bye - dishonest thives.
