FNB Disgusts Me

Tevin Petersen just called and told me due to T& cs FNB will not refund me my money. I must waste my time and go to the branch to get this ******* sorted out. FNB was ********* and breached T&Cs and this ******* agent has the audacity to think I don't read my T&Cs before signing or agreeing to something. I am definitely getting lawyers involved. They don't want to fix it. I'll show them that their system is flawed and failing to take responsibility for those flaws is the worst thing a company can do.
