Fnb disgusts

Worst service EVER! Laurelene from FNB contacted me after a previous review and promised high and low to assist I have sent 2 emails over the last week and a half and not a single word of feedback This is a disgrace honestly How do you do business with a bank that can't even respond to their customers never mind do what they promised Laurelene promised me they would see to my request - LIES!!!!!!! Utterly disgusted in FNB. Shame on you for horrible service
