FNB disgusting Service
After putting a complaint in against First National Bank re a reversed transaction on 31.July 2025, the reversed funds are still not available
FNB say they will resolve a comlpaint in 5 days
It is now 12 days , and nothing has been done
Such pathetic service - A Total disgrace

Is this at all possible that an entire bank like FNB do not a single employee who can sort this out after 14 days
