FNB DISGUSTING SERVICE

@fnb I transferred money in error from my cheque account to my closed credit card account in error. I call FNB then to transfer the money to the correct account and none of them know who can transfer the money. i get thrown between departments to complete the transfer. This is absolutely **** service and disgusting. if this is not corrected I will be moving my account to another Bank and will continually post this on social media until this is FIXED!!!!!!!
