FNB Disgusting Service

took a loan from FNB in 2012 amd was advised that my premiums includes insurance cover should I lose my job. I advised the guy that I am a contract employer he said confirmed that doesn't change anything loan was granted on papper work. I lost my job later that year and I found something temporary and caught upnon the arrears amount in Jan of 2013 my contract ended and I got calls from FNB advised them I lost my job and if I could send the letter I was issued with they confirmed that as per contract they dont cover contract termination. I got another contract and again caught up on premiums in July 2014 I lost my contract again this time I was home for 9 months I went to the branch and advised them that what do we do now gave them all the documents the consultant called the loan department and said they not accepting the termination of contract letter. At the time I was unemployed I was listed and my credit record was destroyed by FNB defaults I then went to the branch to obtain the contract that they referring to,guess what the was no contract they could only offer me a statement. Went to the Oumbadsman and they said I should lay a complain with FNB first I did and till know Vernin the guy thats handling this has not responded to any of my calls let alone provide feedback
