Fnb disgusting service

Im very disappointed with thier service, I two loans with them and requested a settlement letter and I received it on the 7th and I paid on the 10th the total amount and even rounded up the cents but now when I request to close it I was first told I must pay each 1000 and when I argued Cecilia said I must pay 203.07 and the other around 190 so I want to understand why am I still owing if I requested a settlement amount and paid in full with the 5 days I was given and yet still have outstanding balance. Your service is very much disgusting
