FNB Disgusting money making service

Absolutely pathetic bank and service, I have been with them for years...... and always well in advance notified about my card expiring, i have spoken to Natasha the keyboard warrior on the online chat and another lady who tell me, they can see a new debit card has been ordered, yes because I did it NOT them, my credit card was delivered when expired with amazing service and I was called, so when a card appears on my online app with no explanation I cancelled it now to be told I must pay for this new replacement card, yet no 1 notified me, then im told I would have a SMS which i explained no one sent me a SMS or called me now it's my issue. Then to top it off my cards on its way but no one has asked me for an address of delivery so where is it off to?, I am so disgusted its all a money-making thing that im due for a new card and must pay I will definitely be sure to let all my family and friends know not to touch you guys.
