FNB DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!You get retrenched, make arrangements with the bank to repay your loan account which you do every month for the last 2 years and without a fail a sms to say thank you for your payment , just to find out you are being handed over for NON PAYMENT what a lot of trash!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted not even to say how uneducated , and rude the collection company staff is they treat you as if you are a ******* disgusting maybe it makes them feel good!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusted in FNB
