FNB Disgraceful Service!!!

I am been charged for an loan that I dont even have and dont understand how is this possible... i got debited last month and again this month!!!! U have called many many times only to be transferred again and again with no assistance at all as noone jnow whats going in. After been transferred iver 5 times I asked to speak to a manager only to have the call dropped on me.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received and have been with FNB for many years
