FNB Disgrace of a Bank!!!!

I have requested a prescribed letter from FNB for my Credit Card,i received it but yet they still made a mistake by not placing by over draft account number that is linked to my credit card in this letter. this is really pathetic i will now go the Ombidsman route as now i have to place continues calls again which will cost me money again. I have rep**** to the email that sent me the letter requesting the overdraft account number to be place in there. ref of this email is ***NF
