Fnb disgrace

Fnb is a disgrace my husband finished his credit card in 2011. When we wanted to by a car in 2017 fnb did not closed his account and clear his name we had to struggle to get his account closed and to clear his name. Now again in 2020 fnb said my husband did not pay his credit card they wrote it off we sent all the proof of the payments and everything so only now hopefully they removed everything and closed everything but now it shows my husband is a risk but in 2019 we bought a house and there were no complications. If you go to the branch they say his name is clear but somehow somewhere it still shows.
