FNB Discriminating Against Clients

It does not matter what product you pick on the *********** product shop, FNB decides based on your income and expenses dat you should be a private client or wealth client and forces you into a package for that. I have tried 900 times now to open an Easy transactional account via the app and online, I am an existing client with many products and accounts from FNB. I specifically choose certain products and the application process keeps on changing the product to private client or wealth client. The website and app. What the actual ***. Discriminate much? I am not interested in your expensive forced packages. Do I now need to go into a useless branch because of you discriminating against me on the website and app based on my income????????? Sickening banking practices. I am going to report this behavior to the banking ombud. Every interaction with this bank is turning into a **** show and I am honestly getting tired of this **** and my time being wasted like this.
