FNB DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THOSE WHO HAVE PAID DEBT

I HAVE A NUMBER OF REF NUMBERS - I WANT A PHONE CALL

Long story short we were under debt review paid our dues and we obtained our clearance certificate.

My husband and I have been charged interest on all our personal loans after they were paid in full and paid up letters were sent to us. We logged a complaint and we received a letter from FNB stating that it will not affect us negatively whatsoever but why does it take 45 days to remove personal loans from our profiles and close the accounts?

How can we get our risk profile updated with FNB?

Yesterday morning I thought I'd phone my Premier Banker for the first time perhaps he or she can help point me in the right direction to help assist in a dispute with TransUnion where TransUnion is waiting on FNB to update my credit profile. My Premier Banker Zelda Johnston thought it would be a good thing to inform me that FNB will never give me credit ever again. Her Manager Fanie Roos was not much help either. We know our rights as consumers. We are not **** because we were under debt review.

So does this mean that as a Premier Client I need to go find a different bank because mine will never give me credit again? Maybe I should.
