FNB disconnected my otp service against my will

FNB completely disabled my OTP codes via sms and email. Making it impossible to make any kind of transactions online that requires instant eft, or credit card payments. And are trying to force me to use a banking app that I do not trust, on a phone that has an operating system known to ***** userdata, and that app has access to virtually the entire phone.

Which would be bad enough on its own, but there is countless complaints about the app not even working properly, if at all.
