FNB discloses private bank information to 3rd party

I have attempted since the 18th of July to change my cellphone number for my incontact purchases. I have tried numerous times on Secure Chat (they dont know what they talking about) and Kornel from Premier banking has confirmed on email that it was sorted however my transactions are still being sent to my old cellphone number which was work based and now my private information is being given to my previous employer.

They had it fixed for a week or two, and then today i get an email from a former colleague that she just received my banking messages of a transaction and the outstanding amount on my account.

So now FNB do i close my accounts due to the fact that you cannot change this? I have gone into two different banks, emailed premier banking and the ********** (which no one got back to me after 3 weeks). Secure chat tells me the manager will contact me, im currently waiting two weeks for that.... And on the line they tell me after waiting 20 minutes that it is sorted. If it is sorted out then why is the other recipient still getting my banking information.

I hold FNB responsible for all ***** that may occur due to my personal account being sent to a number that i on various mediums and personal visits to the bank stated that it was sorted.
