fnb disaster

<p>hello peter. i had an cheque account with fnb which i closed last december at a branch in mankweng limpopo. i was suprised to receive an email last week saying that i owe fnb because my account was in arrears, the same account i closed. i went to fnb game branch in thohoyandou to investigate and was told that i need to pay the outstanding amount and proceed to close the account yet again. i feel like the bank is making me pay for their poor service and they werent even apolegetic. in fact the lady tried to convince me to bank with them when all i wanted was for them to close the account.</p> <p>please help as i feel its unfair for them to make me pay even though they made the mistake:(</p>
