FNB disappoints AGAIN

Well what a surprise, after previous report of exactly the same problem we experience today. FNB didnt bother to contact us as their response on previous review stated. Again another payment on hold from FNB's ***** division and we are sent from pillar to post and our customer is getting frustrated as well
