FNB disappointment

FNB was always the best bank for me, but recently they have really disappointed. I have been struggling financially since last year September and I have phoned and emailed a number of times, I have even gone to the bank a couple of times for face to face consultation and all I get is you have to phone, why do they even have branches if you can't be assisted? Every time I email or phone they can't help with any sort of relief all they offer is another loan that I cannot afford. Some emails they never even reply to. If you are thinking of moving to FNB I strong suggest against it, they are willing to give plenty of loans, overdrafts, etc way above your pay grade but they are not willing to assist you when times get tough for their clients. Believe when I say this, I'll be leaving FNB as some as my financial situation changes and I'll be moving to another bank.
