FNB disappointing

So I bank with FNB today my salary got paid then my account was frozen so now they saying a company put a hold on it , for what I ask they say they don’t know contact number they don’t have because the supposed company only sent an email there’s not even a court order or something Now I’m stuck with my debts on pay day but nothing can happen and FNB can’t help. A whole 12 years client can’t be helped
