FNB disappointing
R99 debit order **** used to be free to reverse the transaction FNB online but it recently charged me to reverse the transaction via online. It's like i am being charged for stopping crime. The people behind these transactions are committing *****, yet my bank penalise me from fighting that. FNB disappointing.

I hope in the future i won't not be charged for reversing any unauthorised debit order, because it seems the R99 debit order **** is going to be with us, customers for an unknown period of time and no solution from the banking sector to eradicate them.
